I’m currently working on my Masters and am writing an article about the differences between Scandinavian and Anglo Saxon picture books and challenging themes. I was hoping to quote your discussion with Nina Christensen about the comparisons.
I will obviously reference your blog in the bibliography and text and mention you on my website as I’m a freelance illustrator as well as lecturer.

I wrote a book called No Hens in the Pen a few years ago & it was published by The Secret Seed Society.
Can I send you a copy to review, please?
Or do you just review new books?
Dear Jean, I’ve a review policy here: http://www.playingbythebook.net/book-review-policy/. If you are happy with the review policy, noting that I don’t guarantee to review anything I’m sent, you can email me for my postal address. zoe.toft@kuvik.net I should add that as our summer holidays are about to begin, I won’t be reading for review purposes at all again until September.
