As you may know by now, throughout Picture Book Month I’ll be giving away lots of wonderful picture books, co-inciding with the topics for each day. Today’s topic is ABC/123 and here’s what you could win:

Babar’s ABC by Laurent de Brunhoff

I have one copy of Babar’s ABC by Laurent de Brunhoff to give away to a reader. This book takes each letter of the alphabet and illustrates it using scenes from various Babar stories. Great for alliteration and Babar fans!

Babar is fantastic and this looks like a very fun book. Sure Miss R would love it.

Just to be a bit of a party pooper: jean de brunhoff did a fine job with babar, but for the real genius, look at his father’s original versions! PS if i win, please discount me and re-draw!

It’s been a while since I read any BABAR. A welcome addition to the book shelf thank you.
